Renee’ Sutherland is a seasoned Human Resource Professional with a proven track record of experience and success in various facets of HR. Her passion for HR includes recruiting, training and development, employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, compliance, organizational development, and performance management. Renee’ earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications from Jackson State University, in Jackson, MS. She has over 12 years’ experience in the Communications field, serving as a Journalist and Advertising Rep. for the Kansas City Call; and as an Account Executive for the Kansas City Star and the Atlanta Journal- Constitution. As a life-long learner, Renee’ pursued an advanced degree and earned a master’s degree in human resource management from Troy State University.  

She has spent over 28 years championing HR in the industry areas of Legal, Healthcare, Staffing, Supply Chain Management and Logistics and Administrative Support. As a civic minded individual, Renee’ serves on the Board of Directors for Giving Hope and Help: President of the Jackson State University Alumni chapter of KCMO; active and engaged member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Beta Omega chapter. Society of Human Resource Management; and Advisor for the Young Adult Ministry at St. James UMC.

In February 2026, Renee’ decided to start her own consulting company, Precisely Right Consulting LLC. She offers consulting services to consumers as well as businesses on personal and professional development; resume writing and interviewing skills; training and development, and compliance. As a person of great commitment and unending passion, Renee’ is an advocate for many causes. She conducts college prep training for high school juniors and seniors and is also available for speaking engagements. As her background will attest, Renee Sutherland is an intelligent, well-rounded, and committed business professional that strives to always put her best foot forward. For all her customers, she aims to formulate, develop, implement, and execute their goals and expectations with excellence.
